Our Investment Advisers team currently has an immediate opening for an Investment Operations Specialist. Job Responsibilities

  • Daily processing and maintenance
    • Maintain HHIA databases (client, fund, vendor, etc.)
    • Monitor contributions to client accounts and cash flow needs
    • Portfolio trading
    • Preparation of client meeting reports
    • Account set-up
    • LAN file maintenance
  • Quarterly processing
    • Account reconciliation
    • Portfolio rebalancing
    • Client report preparation and distribution
    • Model portfolio reporting
    • Assist with Client billing
  • Investment Research
    • Prepare reports for Investment Committee
    • Assist consultants with investment options for client portfolios
    • Prepare and construct fund research/monitoring reports
  • Client monitoring and compliance
    • Investment policy preparation and updates
    • Assist Chief Compliance Officer with monitoring and auditing
    • Coordinate annual SOC audit
  • Miscellaneous
    • Prepare weekly market newsletter
    • Special investment projects as needed

Job Skill and Professional Requirements:

  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Efficient use of Microsoft products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe
  • Must establish a working knowledge of Morningstar, OrionAdvisor and other systems used by H&H
  • Bachelor’s degree strongly desired, preferably Business or Finance related
  • Desire to obtain professional investment designations
