The AS unit has an immediate need for a full-time Pension Analyst who is a College graduate with prior experience in the pension field, and be highly motivated and energetic with an attitude that will contribute positively to the era and innovation of growth and innovation the company is entering.

Job Responsibilities:

Completes pension benefit calculations for several clients, either in Excel or in our pension administration system. Prepares election forms packages if needed.

  • Is familiar with the plan provisions for the assigned plans.
  • Works with analysts, actuaries and administrative assistants to deliver results in a timely manner that meet client's expectations.
  • Follows internal procedures.
  • May communicate with clients regarding the calculations.
  • May participate in special client or company related projects.
  • Professionally manages assigned workload.

Job Requirements

  • College graduate with evidence of strong analytical skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Strong work ethic.
  • Effective oral and written communications
  • Efficient use of Microsoft Office, with a focus on Word and Excel
